Composite doors are more secure than conventional uPVC doors due to their strong multi-layered construction. A composite door is manufactured using various materials, including GRP (fibreglass) and often a solid timber core, which provides enhanced strength and durability.

The door slab is hinged directly to the uPVC outer frame, meaning there is no secondary uPVC infill panel that needs to be glazed in, as found on older uPVC-style doors. For added security, we fit snap-safe and tamper-resistant, police-approved secure key cylinders in all our composite doors.
